Topsoil:

Is your yard looking a little on the dead side?

Has the family pet been adding that one-of-a-kind pitted look to your yard at no charge?  Do you want to buildup an area of your property for a different look, or to help stop the  unwanted stream that started from run-off in your back yard? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then I think we may be able to help. We have three grades of topsoil available for many types of uses. From property build-up, to new lawns and even gardens.

We have the following soils to meet your needs:

Premium Topsoil:

This is the finest topsoil we offer and is ideal for gardens, lawns, landscaping, top dressing, and yard maintenance. Our premium topsoil is rotary kiln dried and screened. This is the same product that is sold in bags at garden centers, contains finished mushroom compost and a high organic matter (15%), low salts. Premium topsoil has a light, granular texture, consistent quality and is easily spread by hand. Premium topsoil is always kept under roof year round.

Screened and shredded Topsoil:

Our screened topsoil is a regular topsoil that has been sent through a machine to remove all the large rocks and clumps. This is an easily workable product that is ideal for any topsoil application where rocks and clumps are not wanted. Screened and shredded topsoil is available weather permitting, and also kept under roof.

Regular Topsoil:

Regular topsoil is simply that, good old regular topsoil. Regular topsoil has not been sent through any machine and may contain larger rocks, and/or clumps. This grade of topsoil is ideal for larger areas where fill in is needed and screened or premium will be used as a top dressing.

Fill Dirt:

Fill dirt is a by product of our screening process and contains mostly rocks and clumps. It may also contain other larger and unwanted debris. This product is not considered topsoil and is used mainly for large fill in applications where a previous area was dug out and needs to be filled in before applying regular, screened, or premium topsoil.
